RÖDER HTS Large Event marquee structures provide unlimited solutions for all types of large-scale temporary structure applications in the utmost comfort and style. 

Our extensive range of large event marquee structures is available in a variety of clear span widths from 10.00m through to 60.00m.  Large Event marquee structures are supplied in numerous different shapes, sizes and designs, from the traditional “A” Frame design through to Curved Roof, Hexagonal, Octagonal, Decagonal, Dodecagonal, Star-Shaped, High Peak, Cathedral, Manhattan and our world exclusive, new generation and revolutionary Carbon Hybrid structure range.

The fully modular design of the RÖDER HTS marquee system enables marquees to be increased or decreased infinitely in bay distances of 5.00m. In addition, this highly adaptable range of structure systems utilize fully interchangeable components which enable standard structures to be converted easily and economically to incorporate a variety of marquee structure variants including high peak roofs or special shaped ends.

As with all RÖDER HTS structures, the use of only high quality, European sourced raw materials including high grade aluminium and galvanised steel is paramount, all Large Event marquee main frame components are manufactured in-house utilizing the very latest in CNC (computer numerically controlled) production equipment, ensuring precision engineering on a scale second to none.

All standard RÖDER HTS Large Event marquee structures are supplied with either translucent white or OPAQUE PVC covers are manufactured using the very latest in low wick, high gloss white PVC material, flame retardant in accordance to international fire retardant standards including DIN 4102 B1, BS 5438 / 7837.  

Using one or more of our accessory products can further enhance the entire Large Event structure range of marquees from RÖDER HTS.   • Wooden sub-frame with timber boards

    • Square timber joists form the base layer and are laid across the span of the structure.
    • Once laid, pressure treated / impregnated chamfered boards (2.95m or 4.95m x 50cm dependent on bay distance) are then laid on to the timber base.
    • The boards are locked into place by wooden battens that are fitted to the underside of the boards.
    • A special aluminium extrusion is then fitted, every 3m - 5m, along the length of the structure securing the flooring in each bay.
    • Once the flooring system is laid the structure can be erected.
    • With this type of floor, the structure is independent of the floor. However, if needed - party tents only - base-plates can be supplied and fitted to the special aluminium extrusion enabling the structure to be constructed above the floor.

  • Galvanised steel sub-frame with timber boards

    • Highly effective in terms of initial cost and general usability.
    • This flooring creates a level and solid platform on which to base your event.
    • The system comprises of galvanised steel framework split into two layers, rectangular cross bearers and square joists.
    • Pressure treated / impregnated chamfered boards.
    • Boards are locked into place by wooden battens, which are fitted to the underside of the boards.
    • A special aluminium extrusion isfitted every 5m along the length of the structure securing the flooring in each 5m bay.

    N.B This flooring system is laid before the erection of the frame.

  • Ring-beam cassette flooring system

    • The system consists alloy ground floor extrusions and interlocking cassette boards.
    • There are two sizes of cassette board. For party tents (3.00m bay distance), the boards are sized at 1.00m x 2.85m and for all big tent structures (5.00m bay distance); the boards are sized at 1.00m x 2.35m.
    • When laid, the boards are positioned on the sub-floor extrusion, which runs across the span of the structure.

     

    The sub-floor extrusion is hollow in design. This special feature is designed for two reasons. First, when used on party tent structures, 3.00m – 10.00m in span, special weights can be easily positioned within the extrusion and covered with a filler panel. Therefore, when the weights are used there is no need for earth anchors because the structure is weighted against uplift within the static calculation value specified for the party tent range. Therefore all party tent structures can be erected on any surface without the need for additional site preparation, for example drilling or using external weights in times when the ground surface cannot be damaged. Alternatively, when internal weights are not being used, standard earth anchor stakes can be used for erection on grass or hardcore etc.

    Secondly, when weights are not being used or the structure is greater than 10.00m in span the extrusion is designed to carry cabling or services through the structure (internal dimension 150mm x 80mm).

    Standard wood type / finish: 3-ply cross-glued with smooth wood finish or non-slip surface to top with smooth underside. Exposed sides are coated and sealed to reduce water impregnation alternatively (at extra cost); the board ends can be fitted with special alloy protection guards.
